Jenna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Taylor University and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. Jenna has an Associate License in Mental Health Counseling and is working on hours towards her full license. Jenna uses a client-centered approach in her work with clients, meeting clients where they are. She strives to create a safe environment with empathetic, genuine listening and care. She incorporates interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in her counseling work. Jenna works with a variety of clients but specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, and personal growth. Jenna also works as a school based therapist with Community Health Network.
In her free time Jenna enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband, friends, and puppy.
